Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 22, 2026
We want visitors to rrobots.com to understand what is collected and why. This policy applies to the site and to correspondence with us, where “we” means the operator of Rrobots. Our privacy contact is [email protected].
Data from your visit
Every request to the site can leave a trace in server records: the network address it came from, the browser identifying itself, the page fetched and the moment it happened. We keep these for operating the service and guarding against misuse.
We may rely on cookies and related technologies for audience analytics, advertising, affiliate tracking and basic preferences. They are used only where they are enabled on the site, and the set in use can change as the site develops.
Tracking technologies
Your browser or device settings allow you to restrict cookies and similar identifiers, at the cost of some convenience. We try to respond to recognised opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required. Industry opt-out tools offered by advertising companies can add another layer of choice.
Contact, newsletters and providers
When you contact us, we receive the information in your message, including your email address. It is used to reply, evaluate suggestions and corrections, and document what was discussed. We ask that you do not send account credentials or payment information.
We have no practice of selling the details you send in messages.
Subscribers to any newsletter we run share their email address with the sending service. Messages may include tracking that shows if they were opened. Leaving is easy through the unsubscribe link, after which only the information needed to respect your choice remains.
External companies help us deliver pages, count visits, display ads and send email. Embedded content from video, map or social services may contact its source when it loads. Those organisations decide how they use data, and we may share information if legally compelled.
How long we keep data and what you can ask
Our approach is to retain data no longer than necessary. Logs are cleared on a routine basis, messages are kept while still relevant, and suppression records last as long as they are useful. Extended retention may apply to meet legal obligations.
Anonymous or aggregated measurements may be kept beyond the periods above to help us understand overall trends in readership.
To exercise rights such as access, correction, deletion, portability, objection or opting out of targeted ads, contact [email protected]. Your rights depend on local law, and we may verify your identity before acting. If we cannot comply, we will give a reason, and you may be able to complain to a regulator.
Children under 13 are not our audience, and we do not intentionally collect information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and are concerned, email [email protected] and we will review the matter and delete any such data.
Security measures are applied in proportion to the data involved, yet absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Data may pass through or be stored in other countries by our vendors, who are expected to use suitable safeguards.
We may amend this policy, and the date at the top will tell you which version applies. If a change is substantial and notice is legally required, we will provide it. Your continued use of Rrobots follows acceptance of the amendment.
Withdrawing consent and complaints
Consent you have given can be withdrawn whenever you like, without affecting earlier use. Our cookie policy page sets out which cookies are used and how to change your mind about them. You also have the right to complain to a regulator: your local data protection authority in the EU, EEA or UK (the ICO in the UK), or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in Australia.
